So, every customer can book the ride and pay their fee directly to the Drivers, since we never collect any fee for the ride base, but we collect our fee from the Drivers only as Subscription based. For this Service Registered Driers can showcase their profile, location to the customers directly with subscription module. The amount of Subscription fee that Veeway Infotech Private Limited collecting should be considered as service charge to create and display available Drivers to public to book ride on mobile App. All subscription / All Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Software Development / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing / Hosting Services / Maintenance of a website are carried out and accepted after total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, in order to ensure that our teams have full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation / reversal / dispute.

1. No Refund Policy

V Way Taxi operates on a subscription-based model for drivers, fleet owners, and service providers. As such:

All subscription payments made to V Way Taxi are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription is activated, no cancellations, partial refunds, or full refunds will be processed, regardless of usage, service downtime, or voluntary discontinuation.
This policy is clearly stated at the time of registration and payment, and users are required to acknowledge and accept this before proceeding.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Drivers and partners may choose to discontinue their subscription at any time. However, this will not result in a refund of any portion of the subscription fee already paid.
Access to the platform and its services will continue until the end of the active subscription period.

3. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy, including but not limited to:

Non-usage of services
Involuntary account suspension due to violation of terms
App uninstallation or phone change
Business or personal decision to discontinue service
